Responsibilities

- Utilize MS Excel, Word, and CRM platforms to manage data, track sales pipelines, and generate performance reports.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating product value and business solutions.
- Apply foundational knowledge of RERA and MahaRERA regulations to ensure all sales activities remain compliant with legal frameworks.




- Execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to expand the company's market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and conversion techniques.
- Handle client inquiries professionally, conduct follow-ups, and resolve issues to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

- Possess 1-3 years of relevant work experience in sales or business development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
