? Key Responsibilities• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline in the assigned region.
- Develop relationships with corporate, enterprise, and SMB clients.
- Promote Nio Stars' portfolio of Cybersecurity, SOC/NOC, VAPT, Enterprise Networking, Firewalls, IT Infrastructure, System Integration, Compliance, and AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct client meetings and understand business and technology requirements.
• Work closely with our technical and pre-sales teams to create the right solutions for clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Travel within the assigned region for client meetings and business development activities.
? What We're Looking For✔ 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
✔ Experience in Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, or System Integration will be an added advantage.
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to independently generate leads and close business opportunities.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned region.
✔ Existing corporate or enterprise client relationships will be a plus.
