Workians Realty is a leading real estate consultancy in Delhi NCR, 120+ people strong, and a channel partner for Godrej, M3M, DLF and Prestige. We run an AI-driven sales operation — data-informed advisory, tech-enabled lead management, and an on-camera brand built around our leadership team.

The role

We are hiring a Director who can lead revenue and represent the firm publicly. This is a leadership seat, not a desk role — but it comes with a camera in front of it. You will own sales strategy across premium and luxury projects in NCR, build and mentor a large team, and be a visible face of Workians Realty in market videos, project walkthroughs, founder-led content and client-facing digital communication.

What you'll do

- Own sales targets and P&L; for your vertical across Godrej, M3M, DLF and Prestige mandates
- Lead, coach and scale a team of sales managers and associates
- Build channel-partner and developer relationships at decision-maker level
- Appear regularly on camera — market updates, project reviews, buyer advisory, brand content
- Work with leadership on sales plans,



pricing strategy and AI-driven forecasting
- Represent the company at launches, events and industry forums
- Generate Revenue for the company which will further justify your team under justification model.
- Create more business opportunities for the organisation.

What we're looking for

- 10+ years in real estate sales, with at least 5-6 in Noida premium/luxury residential
- A consistent record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Presentable, articulate and genuinely comfortable on camera — this is non-negotiable. If you go stiff or rehearsed on video, this isn't the seat
- Strong on-camera English and Hindi; clear, confident delivery, no script-reading
- Team leadership at scale, not just individual selling
- Exposure to developer-side or channel-partner premium sales
- Bachelor's degree; MBA an advantage
