Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving adoption of HyreFast’s hiring platform among recruiting agencies and high-volume employers. This role includes prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting clients from initial contact through onboarding. The specialist will collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, create sales collateral, and gather market insights to refine positioning and messaging.

Day-to-day activities involve responding to inquiries, providing timely customer support,



organizing and delivering product training sessions, and tracking performance metrics to meet and exceed sales targets. The role requires close coordination with product and operations teams to relay customer feedback and ensure a strong end-to-end client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and the ability to present complex concepts simply.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, such as relationship management, issue resolution, and a customer-centric approach to support and engagement.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills, including delivering product training, coaching stakeholders, and supporting sales processes and performance tracking.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technology, HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment solutions, along with basic familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making, is beneficial.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced startup environment, adapt quickly to change, and maintain ethical, non-discriminatory sales practices is highly valued.
