Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and supporting sales targets through regular client meetings, follow-ups, and presentations. The specialist will plan and execute marketing activities, including campaigns, promotions, and product positioning, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records of leads, sales pipelines,



and market feedback. The role also involves participating in training sessions, sharing market insights, and contributing to strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
