Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting Narayana Diagnostics’ COVID and blood testing services to healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant partners. This full-time, on-site role in Lucknow includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting regular outreach and follow-ups, and building long-term relationships with customers and referral sources. The specialist will develop and implement sales and marketing plans, support branding and promotional activities, and prepare reports on market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics.

Day-to-day tasks include customer visits, presentations,



coordination with laboratory teams to address client needs, and participation in training or promotional events to strengthen market presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
