Manudata Technologies is building the physical AI data infrastructure that helps teach robots to perform real-world tasks. We work with skilled human workers on factory floors to capture high-quality data that powers the next generation of robotics and humanoid AI.

We’re looking for 10 driven Sales and Growth Intern Interns to join our team in Jaipur and help us identify new opportunities, build relationships, and drive business growth.

? Role: Sales and Growth Intern? Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Field)

⏳ Duration: 6 months

? Stipend: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month (fixed + performance-based incentives)

? Full-time Offer: ₹4–6 LPA, based on performance

? Joining: Immediate

What will you do?

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research.
- Support business development and execute targeted outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Manage leads and track the acquisition pipeline using CRM tools and Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive opportunities from initial contact to closure.
- Analyse sales performance and identify new avenues for growth.

Who should apply?
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a master's degree is an added advantage.




- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and business fundamentals.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Prior startup, sales, business development, or field operations experience is preferred.
- The role requires daily travel across Jaipur to meet prospective clients, visit businesses and industrial locations, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Candidates should be comfortable with regular local travel, face-to-face meetings, and working on the ground to drive business growth.
