Role Description The Reservations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing reservation inquiries across phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accurate booking details and timely confirmations.

The Reservations

Executive will assist guests with property selection, pricing, availability, and special requests, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation.



Daily tasks include updating reservation systems, coordinating with hosts and internal teams, handling modifications and cancellations, and addressing guest questions before, during, and after booking. The role also involves identifying upselling opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and providing feedback to improve processes and guest experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, hosts, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Reservations and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage bookings accurately and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Proficiency with reservation or property management systems and basic MS Office or similar tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills are required.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or vacation rentals is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as per business needs.
