Role Description The Relationship Manager – Home Loan role involves managing the end-to-end home loan process, including sourcing potential customers, assessing their needs, and offering appropriate home loan products and solutions.

The Relationship

Manager will build and maintain solid customer relationships, guide applicants through documentation and eligibility checks, and coordinate with internal teams for credit assessment, approval, and disbursement. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales and portfolio quality targets, conducting market visits, following up on leads, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and bank policies.



The role also requires regular reporting, monitoring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling other banking products.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term connections.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing home loan deals.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of housing finance, credit assessment, documentation, and basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
