? Open Position - Relationship Manager (RM)

Minimum 3 years of experience in the fintech industry.

Preferred industry: Fintech & Digital Payment Services (DMT | AEPS | mATM | BBPS).

? Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with clients and business partners across the digital payments ecosystem.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate onboarding and implementation of payment solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Monitor transaction performance and identify opportunities for business growth and optimization.
- Coordinate with internal product, operations, and technology teams to resolve client issues.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.




- Prepare business proposals and participate in client meetings and reviews.
- Support business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in fintech.
- Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in account management, customer success, and escalation handling.
- Knowledge of digital payments, fintech, or banking, especially UPI, AEPS, and payment gateways.
- Experience in sales support, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
