Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Expert Network or Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and secondary research capabilities, along with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage relevant professionals and industry experts.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, understanding client requirements, sourcing suitable experts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project execution, from understanding client requirements to final delivery.

Conduct primary sourcing and secondary research to identify relevant industry experts and professionals.

Use LinkedIn Recruiter extensively to identify, search, and connect with potential experts.

Perform market mapping, company research, industry research, and profile identification.

Understand project requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Identify and engage suitable experts based on specific client requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and turnaround time (TAT).

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Maintain project trackers, sourcing reports,



and performance metrics.

Handle project-related escalations and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sourcing efficiency and project delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in an Expert Network firm or Recruitment/Staffing industry.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter – Mandatory.

Strong secondary research skills – Mandatory.

Excellent sourcing, talent identification, and market research capabilities.

Ability to understand complex requirements and identify relevant industry professionals.

Strong knowledge of Boolean search and advanced search techniques.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from Expert Network companies will be preferred.

Experience in handling global projects and international client requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong ownership, accountability, and execution capabilities.

Comfortable working from the office.
