What You'll Do:

- Research relevant subreddits and identify engagement opportunities.
- Create engaging, community-specific Reddit posts and comments.
- Build account credibility and karma through genuine participation.
- Manage Reddit profiles and execute client marketing strategies.
- Monitor engagement, account health, and campaign performance.
- Maintain tracking sheets and collaborate with the SEO team.

What We're Looking For:

- 1–3 years of hands-on Reddit marketing or community management experience.
- Strong understanding of Reddit communities, karma, and moderation rules.
- Excellent written English and a natural, conversational writing style.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and client projects.
- Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.




- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
