Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Noida.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their financing requirements, and recommending suitable loan products. Daily tasks include managing leads, explaining loan terms and documentation, coordinating with banking partners, and ensuring timely processing of applications. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing ongoing support, and proactively addressing queries and concerns.





The Relationship

Manager will also track application status, follow up on pending documents, and contribute to overall sales targets while upholding compliance and service quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to understand financial needs and build long-term trust.
- Sales and negotiation skills relevant to retail and business loan products, including experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic knowledge of lending products and processes, such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, and loan against property.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for transparent and transparent client interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain accuracy in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software to track leads, applications, and client interactions.
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services in a relationship or sales role is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
