Position: Closing Sales Executive

Job Location: West Pune

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (Real Estate preferred)

Employment: Full-time | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

Handle prospective customers and understand their requirements.

Conduct property presentations and site visits, do competition survey

Follow up with customers and close sales deals.

Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements





Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Passion for sales and customer handling.

Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler vehicle.

Knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
