Role Description The Purchasing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery.

The Purchasing

Executive will evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and delivery schedules. Daily responsibilities include monitoring stock requirements, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies,



and collaborating with production and finance teams to support smooth operations. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve cost-effective and reliable sourcing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions to handle documentation and approval workflows effectively.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Purchase Management and Procurement to manage vendors, negotiate terms, and optimize sourcing costs.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams and resolve issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of inventory control, vendor evaluation, and market pricing trends in FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field are beneficial.
- Familiarity with ERP or purchasing software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment are preferred.
