Role Description

- Lead end-to-end procurement for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
- Drive strategic sourcing, vendor development, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage procurement of civil, MEP, façade,



finishing, and construction materials.
- Ensure cost optimization, budget adherence, and timely material availability.
- Lead procurement teams and coordinate with project execution teams.

Qualifications

- Job Location: Ahmedabad
- Experience: 15–20+ Years
- Mandatory experience with a reputed Real Estate Developer.
- Solid exposure to high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
- Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement planning, and cost optimization.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills.
