Role Description The Property Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves overseeing day-to-day property operations, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring property readiness, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. The associate will liaise with guests, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly, support smooth turnaround between bookings, and uphold JadeCaps’ service quality.





Responsibilities include monitoring occupancy and performance metrics, implementing operational processes, documenting property issues, and providing feedback to improve workflows. The role also includes supporting guest communication, managing on-ground escalations, and contributing to a consistent and reliable guest experience across the portfolio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including coordination, process execution, and on-ground problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with guests, owners, vendors, and team members.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to track property performance, interpret data, and suggest operational improvements.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for guest interactions and internal reporting.
- Relevant experience in property management, hospitality, or operations roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru South with a hands-on approach and high attention to detail.
- Comfort with using digital tools, property management systems, and basic spreadsheets or dashboards.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
