Role Description The Project Specialist role at PInterview is a full-time remote position responsible for coordinating and executing projects related to online mock interviews and career consulting services. This role involves managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, industry experts, and users.

The Project

Specialist will handle customer inquiries, support onboarding of professionals and domain experts, and maintain high standards of service delivery across different interview formats. Daily tasks include monitoring project performance, analyzing feedback,



preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The role also requires proactive problem-solving and close collaboration with sales, customer service, and product teams to support platform growth.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, industry experts, and users.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor project performance, and support process improvements.
