Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Pune City.

The Project

Manager will oversee interior and construction projects from planning to completion, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to safety and compliance requirements. The role involves monitoring project progress, resolving site issues, managing change requests,



and preparing regular status reports and documentation.

The Project

Manager will also support procurement and logistics, participate in inspections, and drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control for interior, civil, MEP, and related works.
- Logistics management skills to coordinate material movement, vendor schedules, and site requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience managing interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably in commercial or corporate environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work on-site, handle multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of safety standards, local regulations, and contract administration is an advantage.
