About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day coordination of software projects, working between clients and our internal teams to keep work on track and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities between clients and internal teams
- Track project tasks, timelines and deliverables, and follow up on pending items
- Schedule meetings and prepare minutes and action points
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and status updates




- Gather and document client requirements and change requests
- Support testing, client review and go-live activities

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Follow-up and time management skills
- Interest in project management and software projects
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
