Role Description The Production Manager role is a full-time, in office position based at SANPAR’s Bengaluru facility. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring that manufacturing activities meet quality, safety, and delivery standards.

The Production

Manager will plan and schedule production, allocate resources, monitor workflow, and coordinate with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to optimize output.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring production staff, implementing process improvements,



tracking key performance indicators, and resolving operational issues to maintain efficiency. The role also involves maintaining compliance with relevant standards, supporting audits, and collaborating with senior management on capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and shop-floor supervision.
- Experience with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to thermal engineering, refrigeration, compressed air treatment, or industrial HVAC.
- Proficiency in using production reporting tools, basic ERP/MRP systems, and data-driven performance tracking.
- Demonstrated people management skills, including team leadership, training, and performance management.
- Ability to implement process improvements, lean manufacturing practices, and safety protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably in thermal engineering, aerospace, defense, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.
