Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Testing and Validation role based in Vadodara. The role involves designing, executing, and documenting test plans and test cases for BLDC and appliance controllers and related control technologies.

Responsibilities include performing functional, regression, and performance testing, validating product behavior against specifications, and identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution. The role requires close collaboration with engineering and product teams to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and support root-cause analysis,



as well as preparing transparent test reports and communicating findings and risks to stakeholders. The team member will also contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret specifications, identify edge cases, and evaluate product performance.
- Hands-on experience in Testing and Software Testing, including functional and regression testing.
- Ability to design and maintain detailed, structured Test Cases and test documentation.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting test results clearly.
- Knowledge of basic electronics or embedded systems testing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and version control is beneficial.
- Relevant degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- Attention to detail, structured approach to problem-solving, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
