We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team at Rengy Private Limited in Hyderabad!

? Position: Procurement Executive

? Location: Hyderabad

⏳ Experience: 2 - 3 years (Solar / Renewable Energy preferred)

? Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement & Sourcing: Manage end-to-end purchasing, obtain vendor quotes, prepare POs, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Vendor Management: Onboard suppliers, negotiate pricing/credit terms, and build robust vendor relationships.
- Cost Control & Inventory: Identify cost-saving opportunities, track market pricing,



and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Internal Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with operations, finance, and sales teams while maintaining clean procurement MIS reports.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, and vendor negotiations.
- Prior experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical Equipment, or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems.
