Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall academic and administrative operations of the college.
- Spearhead curriculum innovation, development, academic planning, and quality enhancement.
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, performance management, and mentoring.




- Establish collaborations with hotels, resorts, restaurant chains, and hospitality organizations.
- Strengthen student internships, industry exposure, and placement opportunities.
- Ensure academic governance, regulatory compliance, and institutional development.
- Drive student engagement, admissions, and institutional growth.

Eligibility & Experience:

- Ph.D. in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, Tourism Studies, or a closely allied discipline, preceded by a Bachelor's (BHMCT/B.Sc. HM) and Master's degree (MHM/MTM/MBA in Hospitality) from a recognized institution.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including substantial academic and/or hospitality industry exposure.
- Solid industry network and institutional management experience.
