Role Description The Private Equity Analyst role at PInterview is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting content, tools, and advisory services related to private equity interviews and career preparation. In this role, the analyst conducts detailed financial and industry research, builds and reviews financial models, and analyzes investment case studies to create realistic interview scenarios and learning materials. The analyst collaborates with domain experts to design practice questions, case prompts, and performance benchmarks for users preparing for private equity and investment-related roles.

Daily tasks include evaluating deal structures, summarizing market trends, preparing analytical reports,



and ensuring that the platform’s private equity content remains current and aligned with industry standards. The role also involves working cross-functionally with product, content, and mentoring teams to enhance the user experience and improve outcomes for learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Private Equity knowledge, including familiarity with deal structures, valuation methods, and capital markets.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Investments and Financial Modeling, including building and interpreting models such as DCF, LBO, and comparable company analyses.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, evaluate investment opportunities, and present clear insights.
- Candidates should possess solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage.
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
