Role Description The Pricing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for preparing and updating freight rates for air, sea, and ground shipments, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing in line with company policies and market trends. Daily tasks include analyzing cost components, obtaining and comparing carrier quotes, and maintaining rate sheets and pricing databases.

The role involves coordinating with the sales and operations teams to support quotations, tenders, and customer proposals, as well as responding to pricing inquiries in a timely manner.

Executive also monitors competitor pricing, supports margin analysis, and contributes to continuous improvement in pricing processes and profitability.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret cost structures and margins.
- Knowledge of transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding operations, especially air and sea cargo.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and pricing tools (e.g., Excel) and comfort working with large data sets.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, operations, and external partners.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotes, rate sheets, and documentation.
- Ability to work in office full time in Delhi, India, and manage multiple pricing requests under time constraints.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in logistics, commerce, business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in pricing, rate management, or commercial support within logistics or a similar industry is an advantage.
