- Issuing of gate pass to project and operation (supply &
- BSR) ensuring all statutory registration.
- End to end recruitment activities of O&S;, Retainers and Apprentices within BHR guidelines.
- Zero non-compliance during SPSA, TPSA &
- Internal audit.
- Mobility Management and FNF of Employees, Updating of Compensation Input in Poornata Portal
- At the time of appraisal going to complete the Performance cycle Process of all employees
