About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from US-based pharmacy clients.
- Make outgoing calls for client follow-ups and operational coordination.
- Respond to client queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Communicate pharmacy-related updates and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain professional communication and proper call records.
Required Skills:
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confidence in handling international client calls.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working US night shift hours.
