About groXmedia groXmedia is a growing performance marketing agency specialising in the hospitality and travel industries. We help brands generate quality leads, acquire customers and scale their businesses through data-driven advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Set up and optimise lead generation and conversion campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

Monitor campaign performance, including CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM and ROAS.

Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.

Develop retargeting strategies and audience segments.

Coordinate with creative teams to develop effective advertising creatives.

Monitor advertising budgets and optimise campaign performance.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.





Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.

Knowledge of campaign optimisation and audience targeting.

Familiarity with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage advertising campaigns.

Preferred: Experience in travel, hospitality, hotels, restaurants or e-commerce advertising.
