About VPN Outsourcing

VPN Outsourcing is a newly launched BPO company serving US businesses, with truck dispatch as our core vertical. We’re looking for a performance marketer to own paid growth from day one.

What you’ll do

• Run paid campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok targeting the US market

• Generate qualified leads from trucking companies and US businesses

• Own the numbers: CPL, conversions and ROI

• Test, optimize and report on performance weekly

What you need

• 2+ years of hands-on paid ads experience

• Proven lead-generation results (US/international is a plus)

Big plus if you’re

• Camera-friendly and comfortable on video

• Able to create ad creatives and content on Canva

• Experienced in logistics, BPO or B2B

Details

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

• Shift: adaptable 9 hours between 5 PM – 5 AM IST (US hours)

• 6 days/week, full-time
