We're looking for a Performance Marketer who understands that running ads isn't just about spending budgets — it's about acquiring customers profitably, improving conversions, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Meta Ads: Plan, execute, manage, and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Google Ads: Manage Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop full-funnel advertising strategies across TOF, MOF, and BOF.
- Performance Optimisation: Improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Creative Strategy: Identify winning ad creatives, develop testing strategies, and collaborate with the creative team.
- Audience Research: Analyse customer behaviour, build audience segments, and develop retargeting strategies.
- Budget Management: Allocate and optimise advertising budgets to maximise profitable growth.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyse data, and prepare actionable reports.
- Conversion Optimisation: Identify funnel and landing page gaps and work towards improving website conversion rates.

What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of D2C and e-commerce business models.




- Good knowledge of performance marketing metrics and unit economics.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Creative thinking with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ownership mentality and the ability to take responsibility for results.
- Prior experience managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns is preferred.
