Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Pediatrician role based at Pro Health Specialists in Gurugram. The Pediatrician will provide primary care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, growth and development monitoring, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions. The role involves conducting clinical assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and educating families on preventive care, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.

The Pediatrician will collaborate closely with ENT specialists, audiologists, general physicians,



and gynecologists to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage common pediatric presentations in an outpatient setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in Pediatrics, including preventive care, growth and development, and management of pediatric illnesses.
- Experience or training in Neonatology, with competence in caring for newborns and early infancy health issues.
- Comfort working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals in a multi-specialty environment to deliver coordinated care.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and specialist qualification in Pediatrics; valid medical license/registration to practice.
- Excellent communication skills for counseling children and families, with a compassionate, culturally sensitive approach.
- Solid clinical judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines and ethical medical practice.
- Previous experience in a clinic or hospital pediatric setting is preferred; familiarity with EMR systems is an advantage.
