Role Description The Payroll and Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role oversees end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to organizational policies and statutory requirements. The manager monitors labor laws and regulatory changes, updates payroll practices accordingly, and maintains compliance documentation and audit-ready records.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with HR and finance on employee compensation, benefits, and reimbursements, resolving payroll-related queries, and implementing controls to reduce errors and risks. The role also involves preparing regular reports, supporting internal and external audits,



and contributing to process improvements and system enhancements in payroll and compliance operations.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in payroll management, including end-to-end processing, salary structure administration, and statutory deductions.
- Working knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, social security and perks compliance, and experience managing audits or inspections.
- Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS tools, along with advanced skills in spreadsheets and data analysis for reporting and reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across HR, finance, operations, and external vendors.
- Proven experience in a payroll or HR operations role; experience in mobility, logistics, or technology-driven companies is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, human resources, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in payroll or compliance are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area and manage deadlines in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
