Summary

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components.

Collaboration with different teams to monitor system health and address any operational challenges is an integral part of the workday.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Robust understanding of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Sales and Distribution modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate SAP SD with other systems and applications.
- Familiarity with release management and system upgrade procedures in SAP environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Sales and Distribution functionalities.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
