Role Description The OTA Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing online travel agency (OTA) channels to maximize visibility, bookings, and revenue for Revners Hospitality’s portfolio. This full-time hybrid role is based in Jaipur, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining OTA listings, updating rates and inventory, monitoring channel performance, and ensuring content accuracy and consistency across platforms.

The OTA Manager will analyze market trends and competitor activity, implement pricing and distribution strategies, and collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to drive conversions. The role also involves resolving OTA-related issues, strengthening partner relationships,



preparing regular performance reports, and supporting promotional campaigns and special offers.

Qualifications

- Experience in OTA management, online distribution, or channel management, preferably within hospitality or travel.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to work with revenue reports, booking patterns, and market trends.
- Proficiency with PMS, CRS, channel manager tools, and OTA extranets, along with solid general computer and spreadsheet skills.
- Knowledge of revenue management concepts, dynamic pricing, and inventory control, with an understanding of e-commerce and digital customer journeys.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and OTA partners.
- Detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting in Jaipur, with self-motivation and accountability when working from home.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in revenue management or digital distribution are a plus.
- Prior experience in a hotel revenue, reservations, or distribution role will be an advantage.
