Role Description The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards. This full-time, in office role is based in Noida and involves coordinating with designers, architects, engineers, and site supervisors to align project plans with execution. The role includes managing project schedules, resource allocation, vendor and contractor relationships, and monitoring site activities to maintain safety and compliance.

The Operations

Manager will track operational performance, implement process improvements, resolve on-ground issues, and maintain clear communication with clients about progress,



costs, and timelines. The role also requires preparing regular operational reports, supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights, and upholding Thikedaar.Com’s commitment to transparent and reliable service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project and operations management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Candidates should possess construction and site management skills, including understanding of building processes, materials, safety standards, and quality control.
- Candidates should possess vendor and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor performance, manage risks, and implement process improvements.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including client-facing communication and team leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in operations or project management within the construction or real estate sector, particularly in residential projects, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with project management tools, MS Office, and basic construction-related software, along with the ability to work on-site in dynamic environments.
