Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of technology and digital services. This role coordinates project workflows, monitors timelines, and supports resource allocation across software development, digital marketing, and training initiatives.

Executive tracks operational performance, prepares reports, and identifies process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The position involves collaborating with internal teams and clients,



resolving operational issues, and maintaining transparent communication to support business growth. This role also contributes to implementing standard operating procedures and supporting compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee day-to-day activities and optimize processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and support decision-making.
