URGENT HIRING – LOGISTICS OPERATIONS & EXPORT COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE

Job Location: Industrial Area phase 1, Chandigarh

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations & Export Compliance Executive to handle daily logistics activities, shipment planning, transportation coordination, export documentation and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics Operations

- Manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
- Plan and coordinate vehicle placement for domestic and export shipments.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors and freight forwarders.
- Monitor vehicle movement, shipment dispatches and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely loading, unloading and dispatch of goods.
- Track shipments and resolve delays or transportation issues.
- Maintain daily logistics reports, dispatch records and delivery details.
- Verify transporter bills, freight charges and logistics invoices.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, accounts and sales departments.
- Maintain proper records of transportation expenses and operational activities.

1. Export Documentation & Compliance

- Handle export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills and Bills of Lading.
- Coordinate with CHA agents, customs brokers and freight forwarders.




- Ensure export documentation accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor export shipment schedules and customs clearance.
- Maintain proper records of export shipments and compliance documents.
- Coordinate for Certificates of Origin and other applicable export certificates.

1. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily logistics and shipment tracking reports.
- Maintain MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Monitor logistics costs and transportation expenses.
- Maintain vendor, transporter and shipment databases.
- Ensure timely submission and verification of logistics bills.

Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Logistics Operations and Export Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of transportation and shipment management.
- Experience in handling export documentation and customs coordination.
- Positive command of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple logistics activities independently.

Candidate Preference
- Candidates with hands-on experience in logistics operations, transportation management and export documentation.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
