1. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.
2. Administer prescribed medications, injections, intravenous fluids, and treatments as authorized.
3. Assist doctors during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and medical treatments.
4. Assess patients' conditions and promptly report any changes or emergencies to the treating medical team.
5. Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, medication charts, and treatment documentation.
6. Provide wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as required.
7. Shift Timing: 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm
