What you'll do:

- Spot trends, decode consumers and identify the next big chance in beauty and personal care.
- Turn ideas into products, from concept and formulation to sampling and launch.
- Work with manufacturers, R&D; labs and suppliers to bring products to life.
- Source ingredients and packaging that balance branding, quality and cost.
- Own product costing, pricing, pack sizes and gross margins.
- Negotiate with vendors, manage timelines and solve problems on the go.
- Make sure every product meets our standards for quality, performance and brand fit.
- Take ownership. Move without being told.



Obsess over the details.
- Balance creative thinking with commercial rigour. Build products people want and businesses can scale.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where ideas move from concept to shelf, fast.

- What we're looking for: 3–6 years of NPD experience, preferably in beauty, fragrance or personal care. Experience in India's D2C market and an existing manufacturer/supplier network are a strong advantage. ? Full Time in Gurgaon, Haryana — Udyog Vihar.
