Department: NPD

Designation: Toolroom Machine Operator

Experience: 2 Years

Qualification: ITI

Location: Pelhar unit, Mumbai.

CTC: 25K-30K

Job Responsibilities.

 Operate conventional / vertical milling machines,

perform slotting, facing, contouring, drilling, and tapping.

 Perform turning, facing, threading, knurling, and boring operations on lathe.

 Maintain dimensional accuracy as per drawing tolerance.

 Select proper cutting tools and cutting parameters.

 Ensure proper surface finish.

 Work on mould/die and FTG components as per toolroom requirements.

 Support mould corrections and rework.

 Read and understand engineering drawings.

 Use measuring instruments Vernier caliper,

Micrometer, Height gauge, Dial gauge and Bore

Gauges.

 Perform daily machine cleaning and lubrication.

 Maintain 5S in toolroom

 Follow safety procedures strictly.
