Role Description The Network Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure that supports India’s Future Investors’ production, digital platforms, and remote teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing network performance, configuring routers, switches, and firewalls, and monitoring systems to ensure high availability and low latency for streaming, collaboration, and data exchange. The role involves identifying and resolving network issues, coordinating with internal technical teams and external vendors, and implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive data and digital assets.

The Network





Manager will also document network architecture, maintain configuration standards, and support capacity planning to meet evolving production and audience-engagement needs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise or media-focused networks.
- Strong Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, and infrastructure issues efficiently.
- Experience in Network Design and Network Engineering, including planning scalable architectures and selecting appropriate technologies.
- Proficiency in Network Security practices, such as firewall configuration, VPN management, access control, and threat mitigation.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing and switching, WLANs, and common network protocols; experience with cloud or hybrid environments is beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks under time pressure, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
