Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Monopole Expert to oversee the planning, design, quality assurance, and execution of high-voltage transmission line projects up to 220 kV and 400 kV+. The ideal candidate will bring deep engineering expertise in monopole structure design along with proven project management and quality leadership on major power transmission projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Monopole Structural & • Network Design:

Lead the end-to-end planning, structural analysis, load calculations, foundation design, and layout optimization for monopole transmission line networks up to 220 kV.
- Technical Quality & • Compliance:

Serve as the technical authority on monopole structural design, ensuring compliance with relevant international and national grid standards, safety codes, and quality specifications.
- Project & • Quality Management:

Direct quality assurance, inspection protocols, and execution strategies across project phases for transmission lines up to 400 kV and above.
- Site Execution & • Field Supervision:

Oversee monopole erection, foundation work, conductor stringing,



and commissioning to ensure engineering alignment and zero structural defects.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with design teams, contractors, utility agencies, and vendors to resolve complex structural and routing challenges during execution.

Education : Graduate Engineer (B.E. / B.Tech) in any engineering discipline (Mandatory)

Overall Experience : Minimum 10 years of overall experience in planning, design, and implementation of power transmission networks up to 220 kV using Monopole structures.

Specialized Design Skills : Mandatory hands-on experience in monopole structural design and associated engineering calculations.

Project / Quality Leadership : Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Quality Expert or Project Manager on power transmission line projects.

High-Voltage Monopole Focus : At least 3 years of experience explicitly executed on 400 kV Voltage or above transmission line projects utilizing monopole structures.
