Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for promoting Eyechem Pharmaceuticals’ eye care products to healthcare professionals and relevant medical institutions. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and providing up-to-date clinical and product information. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, managing sales pipelines, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The representative will collaborate with internal teams to share market insights, support marketing initiatives,



and ensure a high level of customer service and product support. Regular reporting, use of CRM tools, and adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines are core aspects of the position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, relationship building, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and confident, skilled interaction with healthcare stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsive support, issue resolution, and long-term client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to effectively understand eye care products, indications, and patient needs.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare sales, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Candidates should be proficient with digital tools and CRM systems, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, ethical conduct, and familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards are beneficial.
