CLEANGEM is an established manufacturer and marketer of Home, Institutional and Industrial Cleaning Solutions under its VERUS brand. We offer effective, quality-focused cleaning products, including eco-conscious solutions, for commercial, institutional and industrial applications.

We are looking for an energetic, confident, self-motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to develop new customers, strengthen business relationships and increase VERUS brand sales.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Business Development & Lead Generation
- Target Customer Segments
- Product Marketing & Demonstrations
- Cure purchase orders and develop repeat business.
- Daily Reporting & Coordination

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional marketing, FMCG, hygiene products, chemicals or facility management services.
- Excellent communication,



presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- Ability to independently visit customers across Hyderabad.
- Basic computer knowledge, Excel and CRM.
- Strong follow-up skills and willingness to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified business leads.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales and collection targets.
- Develop new institutional customers and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and timely reports.
