We Are In Collective is looking for someone who enjoys exploring ideas, understanding businesses and communicating with people. :)

Not just writing captions.Not just attending meetings.Not just doing what someone tells you to do.

We're looking for someone who wants to understand how marketing works beyond social media, and how ideas turn into conversations, relationships and eventually business.

What you'll be involved in:

Marketing & Strategy

- You'll work closely with the team on:Researching businesses, brands, industries and competitors.
- Understanding brand positioning, communication and target audiences.
- Exploring marketing opportunities, ideas and strategies.
- Participating in strategy discussions and planning.

Content & Communication

- Contributing to content development and planning.
- Brainstorming campaign ideas and creative approaches.
- Participating in client meetings, discussions and presentations.
- Exploring different ways to communicate a brand's message.
- Getting involved in video presentations, if that's something you're interested in and good at.

LinkedIn & Digital

- Being active on LinkedIn through your own profile.
- Exploring and engaging in the LinkedIn ecosystem. (And no, we're not talking about cold messaging people with sales pitches. :)
- Exploring AI tools for research, brainstorming and everyday tasks.
- Sharing interesting things you discover and bringing new ideas to the team.

And yes, you'll get to see and participate in different aspects of how a marketing agency operates.

- Ask questions. Challenge things. Suggest better ways.
- Understand the brands and businesses we work with.
- Explore tools, platforms, trends and ideas.
- Take initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
- Take ownership of your work.
- Make mistakes, learn from them and own them.

Who we're looking for

- Someone interested in marketing, communication and/or business.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who enjoys researching, exploring and connecting ideas.
- Comfortable expressing thoughts and participating in discussions.
- An active LinkedIn user who understands the platform.
- Familiarity with social media and AI tools.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and take ownership.

Previous experience isn't a deal-breaker. We're more interested in your curiosity, communication skills and willingness to get involved.

Internship Details

- Position: Management Intern / Marketing & Communications Intern
- Duration: 2 months
- Type: Paid internship
- Remuneration: Based on mutually agreed roles and responsibilities.
- Work arrangement: Work from office
- Location: Kottayam

Most importantly: We're looking for someone who is curious, communicative and willing to make things happen. You don't need to know everything before joining us. But you should be willing to learn, contribute and take responsibility for what you do.
