We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who can lead brand strategy, creative direction and marketing initiatives from planning to execution.

The role calls for someone who combines strategic thinking with creativity, understands both digital and traditional marketing, and can independently lead a team while identifying new opportunities for brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans, brand positioning and campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Digital & Offline Marketing: Plan digital campaigns, local promotions, exhibitions, trade fairs, industry events and other relevant marketing activities.

Brand Partnerships: Identify collaboration opportunities, build industry relationships and develop strategic partnerships.

Content & Creative Direction: Lead content planning, storytelling, campaign concepts and creative communication across platforms.

Team Leadership: Guide and supervise the content and creative team, including writers, designers, social media professionals and video editors.

Digital Growth: Oversee social media strategy, website development, SEO, audience growth and platform monetisation.

Research & Opportunity Development:



Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, relevant events and emerging opportunities. Evaluate their potential and recommend actionable initiatives.*

Performance & Reporting: Monitor campaign effectiveness, audience engagement and marketing outcomes, and continuously identify areas for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, creative strategy or integrated marketing.

Practical experience in planning and executing digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Strong understanding of brand building, content strategy and audience engagement.

Experience managing creative teams and leading projects independently.

Excellent communication, research, planning and decision-making skills.

A proactive approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership of execution.
