At Atindriya Systems, we are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and ambitious Marketing & Business Development Professional to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and contributing to the growth of an emerging technology company serving the Defence, Aerospace, Radar, RF and Electronics industries.

? THE OPPORTUNITY

As part of our business development team, you will play an important role in expanding our market presence, engaging with prospective customers and developing new business opportunities.

? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–3+ years of experience in Marketing, B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Strong capabilities in lead generation, prospect identification and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.




- Ability to identify new markets, develop customer relationships and generate business leads.
- Proactive attitude with a solid focus on achieving business targets.

⭐ ADDED ADVANTAGE

Experience or exposure to Defence, Aerospace, Electronics, RF & Microwave, Radar or other technology-driven industries.
