Role Description The Manufacturing Engineer will oversee and optimize manufacturing processes related to the company’s hardware, physical systems, or production components supporting its investment platform. This full-time, role includes analyzing current production workflows, developing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. Day-to-day responsibilities involve designing and reviewing manufacturing layouts, specifying equipment and tooling needs, implementing best practices in industrial and mechanical engineering, and resolving production issues.





The role also includes documenting standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating with suppliers or partners to ensure reliable, cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Processes.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Machining and related production techniques.
- Relevant experience in process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting with clear communication and collaborative problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with CAD or other engineering design tools, and familiarity with manufacturing standards and safety regulations are advantageous.
