Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to independently manage Finance, Accounts, Payroll and Loan Portfolio operations.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in financial accounting, end-to-end payroll management, loan portfolio monitoring, banking operations, taxation and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

- Finance & Accounting

Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and monthly MIS.

Handle bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations.

Manage taxation, GST, TDS and financial statements.

Handle banking operations, treasury and cash flow management.

- End-to-End Payroll Management

Manage monthly payroll processing and salary disbursements.

Maintain employee master data and HRMS/payroll records.

Handle employee onboarding, exits and Full & Final settlements.

Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS and other employee statutory compliances.

- Loan Portfolio Management

Monitor the overall loan portfolio, including disbursements, collections and outstanding balances.

Reconcile loan disbursement and collection transactions with bank statements and loan management systems.

Monitor portfolio ageing, overdue accounts, DPD buckets and collection efficiency.

Prepare portfolio MIS, repayment schedules and outstanding loan reports.

Monitor NPA classification,



provisioning and portfolio quality.

Reconcile principal, interest, penal charges and other loan-related accounting entries.

Coordinate with Operations, Risk and Collection teams for portfolio reconciliations and reporting.

Ensure accurate loan accounting and portfolio-related financial reporting.

- Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

Handle applicable RBI/NBFC regulatory reporting and compliance.

Coordinate FDI, FCGPR and ECB-related documentation and filings.

Manage GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with auditors, banks and external consultants.

- MIS & Management Reporting

Prepare monthly financial, payroll and loan portfolio MIS.

Monitor employee costs, operating expenses and portfolio performance.

Prepare cash flow statements, financial reports and management dashboards.

Identify process improvements and cost optimization opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, Payroll and Loan Portfolio Management.

Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing is mandatory.

Experience in NBFC / Fintech / Digital Lending / Banking is preferred.

Positive understanding of loan accounting, portfolio reconciliation, DPD, NPA and provisioning.

Knowledge of RBI/NBFC regulations, taxation and statutory compliances.

Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS and accounting software.

Ability to independently manage finance, payroll and loan portfolio reporting.
